Description Docyt, a fast-growing FinTech startup based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. Docyt is passionate about giving businesses control of their financial data and helping them make well-informed, timely decisions. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our Sales team sell Docyt's AI-powered super app by creating and delivering effective sales enablement programs. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales enablement programs to support the Sales team Collaborate with the Product team to develop training materials on new and existing products Work with Sales leadership to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and develop solutions Deliver training sessions to the Sales team on the Docyt app, effective selling techniques, and market trends Develop collateral and materials to support the Sales team, including case studies, presentations, and competitive analysis Manage the Sales team's content library and ensure that all materials are up-to-date and relevant Continuously analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement
