We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in our Hyderabad office. This role reports to the Sr. Director – Talent.
What will I be doing?
Consult, design, develop, deploy, and facilitate a suite of talent acquisition strategies in line with business goals and objectives while ensuring a smooth process and exceptional candidate experience. This will include
Having an in-depth understanding of the SaaS industry & positions recruiting for
Effective networking through referral/reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research
Planning, executing and measuring multi-channel sourcing efforts
Scheduling Tests and Interviews
Working with hiring managers on complex, strategic offers
What skills do I need?
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product & Non-Product Recruitment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on Recruiting experience, building and delivering applicant pipelines and planning/executing strategy, influencing leaders and partners
Significant thought and creativity to source and interview for critical, niche positions
Ability to influence complex decisions, teams, and departments
Deep and broad understanding of the business
Ability to focus discussion on issues impacting the candidate
Excellent communication, consultative and negotiating skills
