In this role you will join the in-house Paid Media team, who own and manage the performance marketing activity for Viator. You will be responsible for planning and executing direct response programmatic campaigns working closely with the wider display team to ensure campaigns are optimised to the latest best practice. Whilst the role is primarily focused on performance marketing campaigns, you will be working closely with the performance creative strategist & wider brand team to ensure that campaigns are in-line with the latest brand guidelines. You will be working closely with other internal teams to make use of data-driven automation and have a keen understanding of test and learn principles to drive on-going success.
What You’ll Do
Manage performance-led programmatic media campaigns end-to-end to deliver against conversion objectives.
Plan & implement campaigns including set-up, launch, trafficking and optimisation in the media buying platforms (DSPs) as well as creative asset management.
Provide guidance on Programmatic campaign strategies, recommending an appropriate mix of tactics inside the demand-side platform that align to business objectives.
Work closely with media vendors and tech partners in the execution of plans and building strong working relationships.
Collaborate with various other internal stakeholders to generate and share insights.
Work closely with the internal MarTech team on trafficking and tag management across DV360 and other partners.
Support on the creation of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience segments and identify opportunities to test in line with strict A/B frameworks to analyse and present findings.
Stay on top of the latest trends and privacy updates to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in using Demand Side Platforms, ideally DV360/TTD, along with a solid understanding of ad networks, ad exchanges, and auction marketplaces.
Experience in using an Ad Server and Analytics Platform is beneficial.
Data-oriented and analytical mindset.
Experience in utilising first-party Customer Data Platform (DMP) to execute programmatic strategies would be preferred, but not required.
Ability to turn complex data into compelling storytelling and actionable recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings, explain complex concepts and influence stakeholder decisions making
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
