Associate Director, B2B Email Marketing @ Viator

Viator’s B2B team supports our purpose by maximizing the quality of our supply base and driving revenue growth for both the suppliers who list their products in our marketplace, and distribution partners seeking to generate income from our tours and activities.
About the role: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be a key leader within the B2B marketing organization, contributing to the overall strategy of the group. As Associate Director of Email Marketing, you will cultivate and lead a high-performing email marketing team responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing programs in close collaboration with product marketing and growth marketing.
You will own Viator’s B2B Email Strategy and OKRs, and:
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, testing, deployment and performance analysis
Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continually optimize email campaign performance
Monitor key marketing metrics and provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with martech, data engineering and analytics teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the email marketing stack
Lead and inspire a team of email marketing specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
You have:
6+ years experience in B2B email marketing / CRM, with at least 3 years in people management
Demonstrated capacity to craft holistic customer lifecycle programs that drive growth, adoption, engagement and retention
Proven success managing the implementation, operation and overall hygiene of marketing automation tools and datasets at a highly technical level
Knowledge of the latest B2B CRM practices from both a commercial and regulatory perspective
