Position Overview: As the Agency Partnerships Manager at Apollo, you'll play a crucial role within the early partnerships team. Your primary focus will be laying the groundwork for the agency partner program by establishing program fundamentals, establishing the program processes, onboarding new partners, and managing partner relations. We expect you to be highly self-motivated, data-driven, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic entrepreneurial setting, and possess a strong drive for Apollo and its partners to succeed. Responsibilities: • Become an early member of Apollo’s Partnerships team (which is currently a two-person team) • Report directly to the Director of Partnerships • Design, build and manage Apollo’s agency partner program to support the company’s growth through channel sales • Recruit, build, and establish relationships with customers, consultants, and agencies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations teams • Partner with the Sales team in coordinating and closing partner-driven opportunities to ensure we meet and exceed monthly targets Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in a partnerships role (experience working in SaaS partnerships is a plus) • Must have experience building an agency program and working with agencies • Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as PartnerStack and Salesforce.com • Experience building and managing a partner program • An active relationship builder who can collaborate effectively with internal and external teams • Experience in driving channel partnership growth • Blended “hunter/farmer” mindset with the ability to cultivate partner referral opportunities while also cultivating long-term partner relationships • Ability to think strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done • A track record of developing and growing strategic partnerships at the executive level as well as high-volume partnerships • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members • High energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter and ability to work independently  • Ability to negotiate • Must be a resident of the United States or Canada What You’ll Love About Apollo Besides the great compensation package and culture that thrives in openness and excellence, we invest tremendous effort into developing our remote employees’ careers.
