We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join our team. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and driving various areas of marketing in the short term, while also building out a team to take ownership of each function in the long term. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across paid channels, website, and landing pages to drive user acquisition and retention in our core target audience.
Utilize data analysis, customer feedback, design, and UX/UI principles to drive growth, increase retention, and expand our impact.
Design, implement, and analyze end-to-end experiments across all channels, including A/B testing, personalization, and creative variations to optimize campaigns and maximize conversions.
Define and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring projects deliver a positive ROI, while allowing room for innovative tests and initiatives.
Collaborate with product marketing to ensure accurate and on-brand messaging is delivered into the market.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, covering paid growth, paid creative, and CRO/SEO.
Establish a system for developing exceptional and high-performance creative assets for deployment through paid channels and landing pages.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure effective execution of performance marketing assets and gather learnings to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience working in a growth-oriented marketing team, focused on driving subscriber and revenue growth.
Proficiency in multiple digital advertising platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, as well as offline or out-of-home performance advertising channels.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, and LTV.
Deep understanding of attribution models, split tests, and conversion data to optimize marketing campaigns effectively.
Ability to collaborate and cooperate with copywriters, designers, and content producers to consistently optimize performance.
Solid background in data analytics to understand the full-funnel impact of acquisition efforts, ROI, and ad spend. Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with marketing data analytics and attribution platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and 3rd party attribution platforms.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoogleMutiny/Opitimizely.
Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
Previous experience in a B2B PLG SaaS environment is a plus.
Power user of project management software and productivity tools to understand customer pain points.
Outcomes:
Scale registrations via paid search from 6,600 to 8,000 per quarter by the end of the year while maintaining a ROAS of >3.
Generate 1,000 tier 1-3 registrations per month via paid social demand generation in Q3.
Increase organic website visitor to registration conversion rate from 14.59% to 16.67% by the end of the year through CRO strategies and tactics, resulting in +20,000 registrations in Q4.
Improve the average paid landing page registration completion conversion rate from 4.15% to 7% in partnership with the product growth team by the end of the year.
Establish demand creation campaigns to generate $1,000,000 in pipeline for tier 1-3 accounts in Q4.
