Maven is looking for a Senior Manager, Provider Enablement to lead key operational processes and initiatives enabling rapid scale of Maven’s provider network. In this role, you will lead a core set of domains critical to frontline team success, including provider onboarding, scheduling strategy, and network management. Reporting into the Director of Provider Strategy and Operations, you'll manage a team of high-performing associates dedicated to workforce enablement. The role is designed for those interested in solving complex operational challenges and working with cross-functional teams to systematize access to high quality care.
As a Senior Manager of Provider Enablement at Maven, you will:
Manage Maven’s provider onboarding operations, working cross-functionally to set up providers for success; Develop processes, workflows, and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Oversee shift scheduling for our provider group, ensuring we are appropriately staffed to meet member demand; Lead creation and maintenance of complex shift scheduling models
Act as primary business end-user for provider CRM tool (network database), ensuring data hygiene and reporting capabilities; Oversee day-to-day network management activities
Oversee and/or transition provider customer service workflows + tooling (i.e. ZenDesk)
Spearhead cross functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency as it relates to the provider enablement domain
Serve as team lead, responsible for roadmapping, OKR development, hiring, and coaching of multiple direct reports
We’re looking for you to bring:
6 - 8 years of experience within business or clinical operations in a healthcare or high-growth startup environment
Background in creating and managing complex scheduling models for medium to large-sized teams in a virtual health setting
Strong analytical toolkit; Advanced Excel/Google Sheets fluency; Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, such as Looker
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, coaching direct reports to meet full potential
Strong track record of driving operational excellence, including process improvement, project management, and scalability initiatives
Ability to synthesize and communicate findings in a structured, thoughtful manner; stellar verbal and written communications
Trusted, team player looking to drive success in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Resourceful self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
