Gestionnaire de Sinistres Automobiles

Nous avons un poste de gestionnaire de sinistres automobiles à pourvoir pour rejoindre notre équipe dans le cadre du développement de nos opérations en France, à Paris. Rôle et responsabilités   Fournir un service clients exceptionnel aux hôtes et invités de Turo. Analyser et traiter les déclarations de sinistres automobiles déposées par les hôtes et invités Turo. Dans la mesure du possible, aider les membres de Turo dans le processus de résolution amiable. Effectuer tous les prélèvements et règlements sur les comptes des utilisateurs. Maintenir une documentation précise et à jour. Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer nos process et s'efforcer de faire de l'organisation Turo un chef de file en matière de service à la clientèle et de gestion des coûts.   Qualifications requises  Résider à Paris, France Parler couramment le français. La maîtrise de l'anglais est fortement appréciée. Expérience de plus d'un an dans la gestion de sinistres automobiles, de préférence auprès d'une grande compagnie d'assurance automobile ou d'une société de location de voitures. Les candidats débutants ayant une expérience significative en matière de service à la clientèle et un intérêt manifeste pour l'automobile seront pris en considération. Qualités personnelles et aptitudes relationnelles exceptionnelles. Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de conflits et de désescalade. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide, à conduire et à accepter le changement. Excellent suivi, souci du détail et travaille en autonomie. Faire preuve d'une grande réactivité et d'une disponibilité.
