About the Role:
Tubi seeks a Paralegal to support our growing legal team. The Tubi legal department is fast-paced, challenging, collaborative, and strives to be an excellent partner to our fellow Tubies. Our General Counsel leads the Tubi legal department, which includes 22 attorneys, organized into eight teams, who support the business; a legal operations team, led by our Legal Operations Manager; and a standard and practices team. This position will report to our Legal Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage drafting and redlining commercial contracts, including but not limited to NDAs, SOWs, and MSAs
Prepare and send agreements for signature via DocuSign
Work with the Fox Risk Management team and oversee the Certificate of Insurance lifecycle for all Tubi agreements
Create, maintain, and update contract workflows for various business verticals, including managing templates and executing contracts
File and maintain contracts and other documents in our contracts lifecycle management system
Develop, manage, and streamline contract lifecycles (e.g., collaborating with multiple departments and broker efficiencies across various internal stakeholders)
Provide support to the legal department on long-term projects that improve the performance and efficiencies of the legal team
Interface with multiple teams to assist the legal team’s efforts in the preparation, implementation, and optimization of forms, processes, and procedures
Provide other information management support as needed
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
3+ years as a paralegal with an in-house legal department; a mix of experience at a leading law firm and in-house experience acceptable; level of position is dependent upon experience
Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of skills
Familiarity with iManage or other contracts database
Familiarity with DocMinder or other contract lifecycle management software
Experience sending documents for signature via DocuSign or Adobe Sign
Exposure to compliance and risk management functions a plus
Demonstrated project management experience
Highly effective communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization on a full range of issues (requirements, policy, comprehensive and effective strategies)
Ability to handle and transition among multiple tasks with ease
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
Demonstrates interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively independently and with others

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements , the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. California, New York City, Westchester County, NY and Seattle, WA $77,000 — $96,000 USD Colorado and Washington (excluding Seattle, WA) $70,000 — $87,000 USD
