We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team! The Manager, Merchandise Operations oversees a team of people-leaders in a production-driven, e-commerce warehouse environment. The most qualified candidates will have a proven track record for developing high-performing teams in an operations environment. What You Get To Do Every Day Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of people leaders and individual contributors Provide positive and inspirational leadership by building a strong organization focused on the employee and consignor experience Drive individual and team results through coaching and development techniques that support a positive and engaging employee experience Develop and execute continuous improvement projects that will enable better scaling e-commerce  Drive achievement of quality and performance metrics including unit economics, quality and SLA Track and report on individual and team productivity throughout the month What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of 75 or more, preferably within an e-commerce warehouse environment 5+ years of operations and /or merchandising experience, preferably within an e-commerce warehouse environment A proven track record for managing and developing a high performing team in a metrics-based environment Experience in workforce planning and scheduling  Demonstrated ability to learn and master a back-end fulfillment software application Excellent business judgment, fact-based decision-making, and problem solving skills Drive to achieve results both individually and as a team Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience; executive presence  Adaptability and openness to change A growth mindset with a solutions focus Preferred Requirements  Bachelor’s degree Experience with team scheduling Proficiency with Google Suite Compensation|Benefits|Perks 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock at discounted rates) 18 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days (PTO starts accruing on first day of work) & 9 Paid Holidays An hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked Up to 40 hours of COVID-19 PTO is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site State of the art, climate-controlled warehouse facility The expected salary for this role is $87,210.00 - $105,060.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
