The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As Manager, Fulfillment, you will lead and develop a team of Warehouse Technicians while driving strategic planning and execution of department initiatives. What You Get To Do Every Day Establish and oversee operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory Take the lead and manage daily planning, re-forecast projections to actuals and summarize past day’s performance; present status updates to the leadership team Recommend improvements to operational flows and reassign staff as necessary Manage all aspects of performance and development for warehouse associates Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere or teamwork to foster a positive working environment Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations Support various People functions including interviewing, new hire scheduling, training, corrective action and performance reviews Ensure timely job observations and audits are completed and feedback is provided through coaching and training Lead investigations for incidents and injuries as required, and perform root cause analysis Actively support and participate in all safety initiatives in the Authentication Center Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and organization What You Bring To the Role Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of 75 or more, preferably within an e-commerce warehouse environment 5+ years of operations experience, preferably within an e-commerce warehouse environment 3+ years’ experience with outbound workflow and process management Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience; executive presence Adaptability and openness to change A growth mindset with a solutions focus Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree 3+ years’ experience working in warehouse operations Proficiency with Google Suite Compensation | Benefits | Perks 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock at discounted rates) 18 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days (PTO starts accruing on first day of work) & 9 Paid Holidays An hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked Up to 40 hours of COVID-19 PTO is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site State of the art, climate-controlled warehouse facility The expected salary range for this role is $87,210 - $105,060. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
