We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team of AI and Machine Learning specialists. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across our organization. You will work closely with talented individuals within the team, as well as collaborate with other members of the product and tech to deliver impactful and innovative solutions. As an AI/ML Engineering Manager, you will be both a technical expert and a people manager. Your technical prowess will be instrumental in guiding the team through complex problem-solving and solution design. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation among the team members. The scope of this role is cross-functional, and you will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams across the entire organization. As such, effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are paramount, as you will interact with stakeholders and leadership at all levels. Your ability to understand and translate business requirements into feasible AI/ML solutions will be crucial to the success of our projects. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing the product roadmap for the AI/ML team. A keen product sense is essential to identify market opportunities, prioritize projects, and align them with the organization's strategic goals. What You Get To Do Every Day Lead team of 5-15 machine learning engineers and to design models and services of the highest quality that meet business objects Participate in research and experimentation of AI and big data solutions Review model design to provide constructive feedback Hire, Coach, provide guidance to, and mentor team members to grow their career. Drive a staffing strategy. Clearly communicate with stakeholders including  product management and the larger business partners about our technical solves in simple, easy to understand language. Influence business solutions using machine learning knowledge Develop & drive the AI roadmap. What You Bring To The Role 7+ years experience in a Machine Learning / AI or software engineering role. 5+ years of experience managing a development or AI / ML teams as technical lead or people manager 3+ years experience managing teams as people manager 5+ years experience building AI / ML models and putting into production Experience working with product management to align on objectives and risks High degree of familiarity with: Python, TensorFlow/Keras/Pytorch, and git workflows Subject matter expertise in one of the following domains: Computer Vision, NLP, Pricing or AI applied to big data Understanding of some cloud / big data tools (Kafka, Big Query, Beam, Spark, Lambdas) Quantitative Degree Experience designing solution in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)   The expected salary range for this role is $230,797.00 - $262,269.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
