THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Agency that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote. This position's preferred location is Colorado however we are open nationwide for the right person.
The Customer Success Manager - Agency will be an expert at providing employers on the Vivian platform with the comprehensive support that makes our site the best platform anywhere to match candidates to job opportunities. This role will develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders at the agencies, improve platform adoption/engagement, help move the candidate funnel faster, grow business opportunities, and ensure an overall positive customer experience. This role will effectively identify growth opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience.
Managing relationships and providing support to Vivian Health's agency partners.
Growing Agency accounts through upsells by improving platform adoption and driving higher success among recruiters
Collaborating with partners to develop and execute successful client campaigns by providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process and beyond.
Ensuring the overall success of agency partnerships, ensuring that agency clients achieve their desired outcomes and are satisfied with Vivian Health's products, and identifying opportunities for growth.
THE REQUIRED SKILL SET:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management
Experience in a post-sales revenue growth business (growth and success targets)
Managing and driving revenue growth and client retention in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment
Strong personal presence, demonstrated in a partner/customer facing role
Smart, detail-oriented, and relentlessly resourceful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Team-oriented and the ability to work independently
Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment
Excellent customer service ethic with ability to focus on the job at hand
THE NICE TO HAVES:
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with experience in nursing, allied-health, or therapy
Prior experience of working with Hospital Recruiters or Staffing Agencies
THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:
The range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 yearly base salary with additional variable compensation, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
