About the Role  We're looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team! As an Associate Account Manager, you will work side by side with the Implementation and Support teams, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale.  You have ultimate ownership of assigned client accounts and the overall health of the client relationship. Being able to demonstrate active account management to drive new initiatives while developing and nurturing engagement with key client contacts will be a key component of your success within this role. Building trust with our clients starting from day one, you will be coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and identifying opportunities to grow those accounts. At the end of the day, you play a strategic role in making your assigned clients feel important and valued - because they are!   What You Will Do Manage a portfolio of approx. 5-10 accounts and implement client success programs, working closely with a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager Act as the lead point of contact for all matters, planned or ad hoc, for assigned accounts and other accounts within the team’s portfolio Support development and engagement with key client contacts Proactively escalate and communicate urgent or high-priority issues to internal stakeholders In partnership with the Activation team, support the various customer program launches and product initiatives for assigned accounts Work closely with the Client Operations, Styling, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on client objectives and ensure deliverables are met Generate and assist with delivering all monthly analytics reports to assigned accounts Define client goals/KPIs and oversee analytics and metrics on an ongoing basis in order to update clients and provide recommendations/strategic insights Responsible for collecting client testimonials and case studies Centralize and manage all client-related information using tools available  Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields 1-4 years experience in a B2B account manager/client success role Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations Passion about business and comfortable with the unknown – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills along with demonstrated strategic thinking abilities Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values Nice-to-Have Qualifications Account or project management experience within the B2B SaaS/E-commerce industry, retail expertise is a bonus Proficiency working with CRM software (e.g. Gainsight, ClientSuccess, etc.), Microsoft Office and Google Suite, project management tools and ticket management tools A basic understanding of retail analytics and/or retail trend analysis Familiarity with the retail landscape and key industry functions (merchandising, marketing, buying, planning) Salary When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $72,000 - $82,000 USD annually. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
