Your Opportunity
As the Global Campaigns Specialist / Coordinator you will bring together content strategy, program management and campaign creation skills with expertise in driving engagement across the customer journey. Our customers and prospects are technical, and you will need to understand the technology and speak the language of DevOps and security teams. This is a tremendous opportunity to have an impact on this emerging Kubernetes, container and cloud space.
In this position you will need a combination of strategy and execution, strong program management skills, as well as a passion for analytics and data-driven marketing. You will define and manage the integrated marketing plan and help create campaign content for the buyer's journey, working closely with our product marketing team. Together with the demand gen team, partner marketing team and field/regional marketing teams, you will help oversee campaign development and execution, manage budgets, drive engagement and measure results. As you guide a prospect from awareness through preference you will measure results based on engagement, pipeline growth and deal progression.
Your Responsibilities
Drive awareness, growth and demand through effective cross functional management and development of global marketing programs and campaigns
Ongoing planning, forecasting and management of global marketing/campaign budget across awareness, demand and content creation
Help define email and touch governance strategy to Sysdig owned database to accelerate growth, conversion and ROI; partner with operations on execution details
Effectively plan, build and manage campaign development and execution in Asana; collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders
Create clear and compelling promotional content that conveys the value of our offering and drives engagement
Support management and building of integrated campaigns that include the full range of delivery elements, such as paid and earned media, digital, and events
Partner with Marketing Ops and other functions to manage and continually optimize the “always on” marketing tactics (e.g. database, email nurture, remarketing etc.), plus QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution
Partner cross functionally to test, measure & continually optimize performance of marketing campaigns, processes and content
Consistently meet or exceed commitments and deadlines with high-quality deliverables
Your Background
3+ years experience developing and executing multi-touch, integrated campaigns with demonstrable results
Hands on experience with cross-functional management, development and execution of global programs and campaigns, including budget planning and forecasting
Proven technical aptitude, plus experience in B2B tech marketing (bonus points if you have experience in cybersecurity!)
Demonstrated ability to generate campaign content that is compelling and guides prospects through the buyer’s journey
Excellent writing and communications skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members across different functions, especially product marketing, demand gen, partner marketing/field marketing and sales
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Hands on experience with Asana, Marketo, PathFactory, Salesforce, or equivalent marketing/sales technology platforms is required
A bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or communications
Independent and proactive self-starter who operates with a strong sense of ownership for projects and results- with excellent business judgment.
