What you will do
Provide consultative technical expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation to leaders, recruiters and HR business partners
Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for new and existing positions
Prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales
Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
Prepare salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions
Assist in preparation of merit increase, incentive, and equity compensation budgets
Conduct ad hoc research to benchmark benefits and employee offerings
Develop and shape strong change management plans in support of rewards-related programs and priorities
Support the development and delivery of enterprise-wide rewards training and communications to foster a greater understanding of total rewards
Support pay transparency efforts including preparing and delivering training for managers and employees
What you will bring with you
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field required (advanced degree is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a compensation role at global High tech or IT companies
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience with Rewards surveys, including Radford
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently as the situation demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional certification is a plus (CCP, PHR, CEBS)

The U.S. annual base salary range for this full-time position is between $125K and $150K/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience and education.
