About the Role
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be empowered to shape the customer relationships and success for mobility companies from newer EV companies to OEMs with a hundred years of history behind them in order to integrate Sibros’ next generation products with their vehicles and systems. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the central point of contact across engagements to help drive the success through development, product delivery and excellent communication across teams.
YOU WILL:
Own the success of the Customer Journey, including goals, milestones, timelines, and adoption of Sibros' products, from beginning to end.
Build strong relationships with Sibros' customers that cultivate sustaining business partnerships.
Advocate for customers' product use cases and stories to internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Product Management, Sales, and Engineering
Ideate and evangelize new product features to the company that achieve the customers' product goals.
Manage, prioritize, and drive the customers' requests and issues to resolution with internal teams, as the single point of contact for the customer.
Identify internal process gaps, and build proposals that enable more efficient delivery and scaling of Sibros' products to customers.
Orchestrate process improvements and best practices, from executive leadership buy-in to peer adoption, that increases visibility, throughput, and output quality.
Drive the development of RFQ's, Pilots, and Proof of Concepts that support winning customer bids.
Communicate customer and market insights to internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Engineering, Program Management) to influence improvements and product roadmap development.
Participate in conferences as relevant, build networks, and engage with industry leaders in similar product spaces.
YOU ARE:
Effective at managing programs that improve adoption of company processes and tools for successful delivery of products to customers.
Passionate about customer success, based on customer scenarios, use cases, business requirements and technical requirements.
Excited about connected IoT technologies, with a working understanding of their technical capabilities and a desire to shape products for their adoption in the industry.
Excellent at collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Enjoy traveling to customer sites to build relationships and drive strong partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a customer-facing position in delivery roles with experience in managing and delivering results for complex software development efforts, including tools and processes
BA/BS degree in a Science or Engineering field or equivalent.
Experience in automotive industry
Familiar with Scrum development methodologies and the supporting tool suites (GitLab, JIRA)
Skills in setting necessary configuration in JIRA, Gitlab for managing daily tacticals.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to different audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Relevant experience in embedded software and cloud technologies
Experience in Product Management is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on early-stage projects in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
A strong background in developing software in one of the following areas: IoT, cloud, mobility and vehicle-related software
Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $210,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or any discretionary bonus components.
