The Senior Market Analyst role will have the critical responsibility of growing Memora’s presence across leading health systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing and closing new business opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle. Additionally, this role will work closely with Memora Health’s growth, marketing, and strategy colleagues to effectively present, design, sell and contract solutions that solve customers’  care delivery needs. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems. Primary Responsibilities: Present yourself and Memora as a thought leader in the Intelligent Care Enablement space to executive-level contacts across three primary healthcare segments:  Health Systems, Health Plans and Digital Health companies  Develop a systematic, industry-leading process that ties together market research, strategy, and account-based marketing with a goal of generating thought-leadership meetings across both senior and executive digital and clinical stakeholders tied to the three aforementioned segments Build the market research muscle that highlights key market and executive stakeholder insights based on the executive customer profiles targeted  Leverage these market insights to execute email and LinkedIn-driven outreach strategies to not only generate but also execute on these executive-level thought leadership meetings.  Collaborate closely with Revenue teams, Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Marketing on market insight development, target customer strategies that align with team goals and activities and success metrics tied to outreach Identify and recommend target customers and key executives in these organizations to Account Executives that fit pipeline goals, and create/execute on an individualized outreach strategy to engage each buyer (e.g. align Memora value to LinkedIn postings they make, articles they are quoted in, journal articles they publish, etc.) Track and document all activity in the sales CRM system (Salesforce) including emails, calls, and campaign member status’ updates, in addition to adding relevant contacts and updating existing contact information as needed Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual thought leadership meeting targets pertaining to meetings set Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree  Minimum of 3-4 years of healthcare experience in healthcare consulting or a senior analyst role A passion for healthcare and the abundant opportunities in front of us to improve the way we deliver care as an industry Highly motivated by the plentiful challenges/problems our customers are facing (across health system, payor, digital health segments) and innate drive to help solve them You have experience working with an early-stage startup or similar role, and thrive in a fast-paced ever evolving environment You are humble with an ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable and have willingness to learn in a high-paced rapidly changing sales environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across executive levels of an organization Proven ability to manage and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and an ability to coordinate timely feedback and approvals Qualifications (Bonus): Experience leveraging Salesforce, Pardot and/or Outreach, in addition to search engine tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or Definitive Healthcare. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role.
