As such, we are building out a team in London to lead this effort to grow outside the US with our initial focus being the UK and Continental Europe. About the Job As we build out Life360’s International business, we are looking to add an experienced mid-weight designer to join our team. With proven success in the US, a strong International user base and a compelling value proposition around family safety, we are now building out our international team to support our business globally. We are looking for a passionate and creative mid-weight designer who will take a leading role in ideating, developing and creating content in partnership with the marketing team for our international markets. This role will be pivotal in supporting our membership model expansion in key international markets and will help bring to life multi-channel communications with our members through fresh design, creative concepts, campaigns, and well-crafted assets. You will have opportunities to learn from and collaborate with other designers and copywriters on the US creative team. This role is based in London with a hybrid model of remote and in person/office meetings and reports to the Director of Marketing. What You'll Do Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delight and inspire current and potential Life360 members by creating high-quality design solutions that incorporate beautiful typography, iconography, imagery, colour and composition Understand and interpret briefs to deliver impactful work Develop a range of visual design explorations for various projects and concepts Deliver pixel perfect assets and design spec across a range of channels Leverage the Life360 Brand Guidelines in your work and contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of our visual identity Establish a productive workflow and cadence with our marketing team to support the creative, design and delivery of campaigns across email, in-app, push, digital and off-line Participate in creative ideation sessions with the team to find solutions to design prompts and challenges Articulate and present work and effectively synthesize feedback from stakeholders Get extremely close to our members and keep them at the heart of your thinking Constantly strive for best-in-class design and keep up to date with the latest trends on constantly evolving channels What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates with a diverse background that will compliment the skills and backgrounds of the current team.
