Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partnerships to join our team at Rudderstack. As a leading provider of a warehouse native CDP (Customer Data Platform), RudderStack empowers businesses to collect, unify, and activate their customer data in real-time.
As the Director of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture relationships with technology partners, solution providers, and resellers to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and market expansion.
Identify and engage with potential partners, including technology companies, solution providers, and resellers, to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and aligned with RudderStack's goals.
Drive partner enablement activities, including training, documentation, and support, to ensure successful collaboration and integration.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Leadership mindset: willingness to own and drive success of the entire function at the highest level.
Experience building and managing a team. People management experience required.
Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of the CDP landscape and the role of customer data in driving business growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $200,000 - $300,000. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
