About Us:
At RudderStack, we are redefining enterprise-scale data collection and routing. We are building a customer data platform (CDP) on the customer's own data warehouse. Our open-source, developer-first approach is the first of its kind. We understand the outsized impact customer data has on businesses, and we understand the challenges and pain points. We are looking to solve the customer data management problem in enterprises, once and for all, in a secure, compliant and cost-effective way.
RudderStack collects data from 30+ sources, can transform events on the fly, and routes to 150 different marketing, sales, product, analytics applications all with one snippet of code.
We’re backed by Insight Partners, Kleiner Perkins and S28 and have raised a total of $82 million in funding. Our customers include Stripe, Crate + Barrel, Acorns, Hinge, and Priceline. We process critical customer data for some top companies around the world, and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and help shape the future of our product.
Your Opportunity
Great products are far more than solid engineering, product management, and marketing. Great products are born out of a deep understanding of both the customer’s problem and the myriad of options they have to solve it. If you are excited about the idea of helping craft both the roadmap and market-changing story for a technical data product, then keep reading.
At RudderStack, we want to build a legendary company on a truly great product, and we position strategic thinkers with technical curiosity and, above all, empathy for data engineers , as the driving force in accomplishing that goal.
Our vision at RudderStack is to enable data teams to build a customer data platform on their warehouse. That encompasses the entire lifecycle: data collection, integrating customer data across the stack, building valuable use cases in the warehouse (customer 360, ML, etc.), then activating that value across the stack.
Our product has proven itself with our customers—they love the features and sing our praises. We are actively seeking a technical product marketing manager to help us clearly communicate that product value, both generally and as it relates to specific features and use cases.
We won’t be shy about the difficulty of this challenge: the data space is changing every day, there are multiple ways to describe our product, and we sell to a highly technical persona. But that’s also what makes this opportunity so exciting: we have the chance to build an industry-defining brand, and we believe product marketing is a critical component of making that happen.
