In this role, you will be responsible for evolving and owning Reddit’s cohesive contingent workforce and mobility strategy and operations on a global scale. You’ll report to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce. You will create and spearhead a program to scale outsourcing capabilities - ensuring we're maximizing ROI, driving operational efficiencies, and meeting global stakeholder needs. You will also ensure efficient employee movement policies and infrastructure are in place. Key Contingent Workforce Focus areas and Responsibilities: Scope: You are the face of Reddit’s Contingent Workforce Program and all its related stakeholders and processes.   Serve as the primary point of contact between Finance, Legal, IT and cross-functional teams, including Sales Vendor Managers, and collaborate closely with these teams on all aspects of vendor management and the Contingent Workforce Program. Partner with executive leadership to evaluate, prioritize and deploy a centralized budget  VMS/MSP: Partner with Procurement and internal stakeholders to oversee the selection and implementation of Reddit’s VMS and MSP providers. Conduct regular reviews of performance, process changes and be the key point of contact for escalations from the VMS/MSP. Ensure Data Integrity: Lead data accuracy audits and implement best practices to ensure ongoing data integrity for CW worker data. Establish single sources of truth and build alignment with co-dependent XFN partners when data reports are needed. Strategy & Policy: Build and monitor internal CW talent strategies and policies to line up with business needs in conjunction with key stakeholders. Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast and identify staffing requirements and ensure needs are met Program Management: Oversee all individual Full-Time Contractors and large outsourcing contracts; consolidate and streamline the process from initial contract request to negotiation and execution.  Workflow: Provide direction to a team with administrative responsibilities and be accountable for the full end to end process from initial budget request tickets to onboarding, extending and offboarding contingent workers.  Provide support for international contingent worker hiring, setting up Employer of Record cost estimates and SOWs, working with EOR provider to ensure efficiency Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with our outsourcing partners to ensure contract terms are met and ROI for Reddit is maintained. Oversee and optimize the performance of our outsourcing partners, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to Senior Leadership regularly Industry Best Practices: Benchmark industry best practices and educate the business accordingly.  Executive Communication: Ensure the executive team and key stakeholders are kept abreast of policy changes, roadmap updates and plans to mitigate surfaced risks.  Partnership: Partner with the Talent Acquisition VP to build an end-to-end workforce strategy that encompasses historical contractor usage, conversion rates into FTE roles, and establishes policies for our suppliers that ensure we have diversity at the top of the funnel.  Key Global Mobility Program Focus and Responsibilities: Employee Support: Manage the process end to end of employee and future employee moves, serving as the liaison between the employee, vendors and internal stakeholders. Manage with white glove treatment, creating an experience employees love.  Policy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent mobility program strategy aligned with Reddit’s objectives and industry best practices. Enhance policies, guidelines, and procedures related to employee mobility, mobility tax and relocation processes. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal/regulatory requirements related to talent mobility. Stay up to date with local laws and regulations in various countries to ensure compliance with immigration, employment, and tax requirements Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with external suppliers, such as destination services vendors and tax consultants, and collaborate internally with the Immigration team and Talent Acquisition, to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including employees, People team, legal, finance, payroll, Talent Acquisition and other teams as necessary. Vendor Management: Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to optimize services and costs. Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee mobility. Mitigate risks associated with talent mobility by developing and implementing appropriate controls, policies, and practices. Conduct audits and reviews to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Enablement: Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops to educate partner teams on talent mobility programs and processes. What We Can Expect From You: 8+ years of collective experience in program management, workforce/vendor management Ability to make sound determinations on the relative strength of vendor and their positioning within their industry. Remain current with vendor management regulatory requirements and changes as well as industry best practices that would potentially influence Reddit’s vendor management strategy Strong communication and influencing skills to bridge conversations between organizations A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solving problems   Highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and change priorities regularly Minimum of 4 years of global mobility experience, with hands-on relocation experience, in a multinational organization. Knowledge of international assignment policies, immigration laws, tax regulations, and relocation processes. A deep understanding of global mobility practices, and the ability to navigate complex international environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders globally. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
