Overview
As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a key role within the Services organization at Recharge, working closely with leadership across technical and business facing teams as we accelerate our go-to-market strategy.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing technical learning programs for Implementation and Migrations teams.
An ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Come prepared to act as a key player of the team -- rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
What you'll do

Build and maintain enablement and accreditation programs for technical field facing teams
Partner with enablement captains from the Implementations and Migrations teams to develop and deliver enablement content that can be adjusted to meet the needs of audiences with varying levels of technical depth
Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Support to understand product positioning, messaging, capabilities, and best practices to ensure the Implementations team receives technical enablement prior to new releases
Synthesize repeated one-off trainings, FAQs, and documentation into reusable training content with the support of the GTM Enablement team
Deliver live and recorded trainings leveraging content developed by or with the GTM Enablement team members
Use metrics to track engagement, performance improvements, and ramp success as well as prepare reports for stakeholders on these metrics and measure the effectiveness of technical enablement initiatives
Partner with Implementations leadership to distill best practices and steps into packaged project templates in GuideCX for use with our merchants
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of relevant technical experience, 2+ years of experience in content creation, enablement, or product marketing preferred
Experience enabling APIs for developers and understanding of the software development cycle
Knowledge of JS, CSS, and a general knowledge of RESTful APIs preferred
Execution-oriented with a strong operational background and a track record of making data driven decisions
Understanding of technical enablement in a pre-sales and post-sales environment
Experience working cross-functionally to build successful content and training programs and can provide examples
An appreciation for a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
Proven ability to work independently with a “make it happen” attitude, able to operate and execute in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity, problem solver and quick learner
