Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Ecosystem Marketing Director to join our team at Recharge. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Partner Marketing, Customer Community engagement, and events. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective go-to-market initiatives that foster collaboration, engagement, and growth within our ecosystem of partners and customers.

Partner Marketing Management:
Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
Manage Partner Marketing Managers.
Collaborate with partners to co-create joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Leverage partner relationships to increase brand visibility and market reach.
Monitor and analyze partner marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Customer Community Engagement
Manage a Community Engagement Manager to develop and execute programs to engage our Customer Community including;
Planning, participating, and hosting intimate events aimed at customer retention and product adoption.
Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among customers through effective communication and relationship-building activities.
Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Events Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and management of internal company-owned events, as well as industry events and partner-owned events.
Manage an Events Manager to ensure successful event logistics, branding, and messaging.
Identify and pursue speaking and sponsorship opportunities at relevant industry conferences and trade shows.
Stakeholder and Cross Functional Management:
Understand the requirements and expectations of the executive team and align marketing initiatives accordingly.
Regularly communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Continuously adapt and iterate go-to-market strategies based on business needs and evolving market trends.
Collaborate with Marketing to align with the company strategy, brand, messaging, and product roadmap.
Collaborate with Finance to measure ROI.
Collaborate with Partnerships to align with the partner program and support priority partners.
Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to determine customers and prospects to include in events and initiatives.
Team Management:
Manage a team of dedicated professionals, including Partner Marketing Managers, Community Engagement Manager, and Events Manager.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
What you’ll bring:
7+ years experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Channel Management in a SaaS, payments, fintech, or ecommerce company.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in partner marketing, customer community engagement, and event management within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of Ecommerce SaaS business models and ecosystems.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align strategies to business objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills, and are comfortable working with executives, developers, sales and account management, and partners alike.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for building a mutually beneficial and interdependent ecosystem that drives exponential growth.
Willingness to travel for events 25% domestically, and to the UK and Canada.
A strong aptitude for software usage to support planning, communication, and education such as Salesforce CRM, Monday (project management), ON24 (webinar platform), Splash (event management).
Ability to work remote-first in a rapidly scaling organization.
