What will you do at Presence?
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive growth, engagement, and retention of our clinical providers and our school-based customers. This person will be knowledgeable of all the activations happening across the company that can be utilized to engage prospective and current clients and will use this information to design strategic communication campaigns. They will develop and bring to life provider and customer journeys - incorporating strategic company initiatives into communication/campaign planning - and support the associated creative development and calendar management. They are responsible for monitoring, reporting, and optimization of all email programming. We are looking for a strong collaborator who can rise to the challenge of balancing data, creativity, and process all in a day's work.
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
Own execution of content calendar and key messaging points for all CRM campaigns
Support CRM roadmap, testing goals, and priorities, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that milestones are met on time
Manage end-to-end development of email campaigns, including driving the creative review process, working with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments, and capturing feedback from multiple partners
Create detailed customer journey flows with applicable trigger points to increase conversion and engagement based on insights; manage journey, trigger creation, and measurement within CRM platform
Remain abreast of marketing trends, especially in email, bringing forth new channels and strategies to meet business needs
COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP
Support/collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic plans into an integrated lifecycle strategy and tactical CRM playbook
Establish strong working relationships with partners in our Clinical, Recruiting, Sales, and Product teams
PLATFORM MANAGEMENT, DATA OPERATIONS, AND ANALYSIS
Conduct continuous campaign performance tracking; employ a test and learn approach and optimize to constantly improve results
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to validate and achieve business KPIs
Manage CRM database (HubSpot) and support associated integrations with other lead-gen/communication platforms as needed (i.e. SFDC, social platforms, etc)
Partner with Salesforce admins and Sales to ensure data integrity and enrichment to increase campaign effectiveness and efficiency
Manage and proof key elements needed for accurate reporting, such as lead forms and UTMs
What are we looking for?
5+ years of email marketing experience required
Proven success in developing email marketing plans and campaigns
Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation is required
Ability to learn new systems while working with internal teams and external partners
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Salary $109,000.00-$128,000.00

Presence is headquartered in New York with our clients located throughout the U.S.
We support remote work from all US based locations, provided that the candidate can travel as needed for internal and external meetings (less than 10%).
All employees commit to being available on-camera for our Core Working Hours, noon-5 pm EST M-F.
