The role We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and highly analytical Sr. Director of FP&A. This role will lead company-wide finance initiatives, including building our annual operating plan, leading the monthly forecasting processes, and supporting financial planning & analysis. This individual will work directly with leaders across the company to assist in forecasting, analyzing operational results, and supporting Presence’s growth.  This is a management position and will lead a team of highly qualified FP&A analysts. This role will be a key member of the Finance team and will report into the Chief Strategy Officer, Head of FP&A. Come join our team and help us grow Presence! What will you do at Presence? Lead & support company-wide processes: annual budgeting & planning, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting  Participate in the development of long-range plans, including the build of an annual planning framework and financial operating model  Develop and maintain models with sensitivity analyses around internal and external factors ensuring they support overall business objectives & growth Collaborate with business leaders to develop and prepare long-term financial models  Organize and evaluate data to identify and explain trends, problems, and root causes Analyze recent performance and trends by developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify and implement financial planning initiatives to evolve FP&A processes and support scale as the business grows Support future efforts to explore, evaluate, and execute on acquisition opportunities including financial modeling and due diligence Lead a team of FP&A analysts  What are we looking for? 7+ years experience in finance, including FP&A experience  People management experience required  Team player who likes to tackle challenges, improve analyses and processes, and brainstorm and implement solutions  Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret numbers, extract trends, and direct modeling exercises to gain deeper insights into business  High degree of financial acumen and awareness of financial responsibility Knowledge of sales and operational KPIs Advanced knowledge of analyzing and reporting financial data   Strong collaboration and communication, including written and presentation skills PE experience or experience working in a PE-backed company preferred  Proficiency in Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) a plus  What are some of the benefits we offer?   Comprehensive Medical Coverage include Dental and Vision Flexible PTO 11 Company Paid Holidays  Benefits Package: including 401K savings plan and access to an Employee Assistance Program. $500 home office stipend Paid Life insurance, AD&D. and disability benefits Paid parental and caregiving leave Eligibility to apply for a Professional Development Scholarship.  Inclusive Culture: We are intentional about creating a culture that is fun and inclusive. An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Salary $180,000.00-$200,000.00 Where is this position located? Presence is headquartered in New York City with our clients located throughout the U.S This position is remote US based and provided that the candidate can travel as needed for internal and external meetings. This position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, Head of FP&A All employees commit to being available on-camera for our Core Working Hours, 12:00pm-5:00pm EST M-F
