MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager, MarTech   to join the  Product & PMO team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Senior Product Manager . Role is hybrid. This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of Mint Mobile / Ultra Mobile’s Product Management Team, you’ll play an integral role in the ongoing evolution of our products, platforms, channels, and customer experience. In partnership with Retention, Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams, you’ll achieve rapid commercialization of new services and offerings, allowing the business to maintain its lead position as a disruptor within the telecom industry. As a new member of the team, you’ll be joining an established group of Product experts who are champions of the brand and always lead with action-bias, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. Your usual day of awesomeness includes:   Owns and handles Marketing & Retention technologies product backlog and priorities through an ongoing partnership with our business and technology partners. Identifies business technology gaps and opportunities, including the need to consolidate or mature enterprise applications and processes.  Scopes and prioritizes activities based on business and customer impact. Develops and maintains current understanding of industry and tech trends. Assesses how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunities for innovation of the product. Communicates, influences, and sells initiatives at Director / VP level. This includes regularly delivering product presentations. Transforms complex, incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable recommendations backed by structured thinking and data-driven insights. Crafts a strategic story out of the numbers. Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Support executive strategy presentations. Works directly with Retention, Marketing, Creative Design, and UX Design teams to make sure requirements accurately capture the brand's voice and design standards while maintaining a best-in-class user experience. Provides business administration on the enterprise customer communication application and guides enhancement of features and implementation of robust business utilization, working with Enterprise Information Management, UX, and Mobile Apps teams. Plays a critical part in the design, launch and support of an automated offer and promotion system. Works closely with the Enterprise Information Management, Data Services and Engineering groups to enhance data usage, improve data-driven applications, and drive data storage advancements. Coordinates with Finance and Retention Marketing to align on relevant campaigns associated with the Customer Data Platform and ensure the output is optimized to meet financial targets. Coordinates with solution architects and developers to make sure product requirements accurately account for our system architecture and limitations. Performs as Product Owner of assigned Agile development lane, leads prioritization of stories, and contributes significantly to key Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, story grooming, sprint retrospectives, etc.). Works side-by-side with scrum masters to drive the team’s Agile workflow. Produces BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents) to document program requirements and facilitate both alignment and sign-off from cross-functional stakeholders. Develops a deep understanding of customer experience, especially at a tactical and transaction level, including but not limited to customer activations, renewals, payments, network features, devices, retailer integrations, promos, referral programs, and account notifications. Produces flow diagrams for the customer journey and underlying system processes. Meets with 3rd-party service providers to identify partnership opportunities and implement cross-platform integrations. Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, then assess opportunity size and impact. May work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data. Works with Engineering and Enterprise Information Management to build analytics dashboards in order to measure and track the effectiveness of recent feature launches. Works multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU BRING    5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment; 3-5 years managing teams. Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially prepaid, is also a plus. Experience with CRM & MarTech platforms such Salesforce, Braze and Exacaster Passionate leader with a high degree of ownership and the interpersonal skills to build consensus in complex situations. Strategic and analytical thinker with demonstrated success driving quantifiable results. Strong requirements elicitation with effective written skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Ability to thoroughly capture acceptance criteria and to think beyond the happy path, always taking into account edge cases, impacts on different user types, unexpected scenarios, etc. Ability to communicate with developers and understand programming terminology. Experience partnering with Solutions Architects on functional design. Ability to address User Experience Design requirements and ensure that they can be integrated as a part of the functional requirements. Experience in all phases of the SDLC for large and complex projects. Ability to develop a strategic vision and plan for future products and services. Experience with both Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid product development methodologies. Experience integrating 3rd-party platforms or products into an established technical stack. Collaborative work style and the ability to synthesize inputs from several parties, bringing people together to align around the best options that achieve the common goals of the team.
