<業務内容> ・新たなビジネスチャンスを特定する。 ・最適な担当者を探し、承認し、アサインする。 ・ターゲットとなる主要顧客を研究し、深く理解する。 ・フィールドマーケティングチームと連携し、架電キャンペーンを展開する。 ・現地営業担当の指示の下、適宜商談設定を支援する。 ・日々のマーケティングによって特定した見込み顧客を選別し、対応する。 ・営業担当/フィールドセールスと連携し、ターゲット、新事業の特定、新規顧客の獲得に取り組む。 ・パートナーと協力し、見込み顧客獲得のための架電キャンペーンを行う。 ・見込み顧客獲得計画の戦略について、早期からマーケティング部門と頻繁にコミュニケーションを取る。 ・ストレージ業界の、企業、ニュース、競合他社のトレンドを常にサーチする。 ・セールスフォースやLinkedInなどを含む、営業ツールを日々活用する。 ・トレーニング、ミーティング、客先訪問などのための出張あり。(5~10%ほど)
【必須（MUST）】
・口頭および書面における高度な英語、日本語スキルをお持ちの方。 ・継続的に、ノルマを達成し新規顧客を獲得してきた実績をお持ちの方。 ・様々な営業関連活動を効率的に管理し、優先順位をつけ、柔軟に優先順位を変更できるスキルをお持ちの方。 ・IT分野の様々な役割の方に対し、当社の価値を明確に伝える能力をお持ちの方。 ・高度な組織運営能力、効果的な時間管理能力をお持ちの方。 ・成長速度の速い業界において、安定してパフォーマンスを最適化し、結果にコミットできる方。 ・最低２，３年の営業経験、もしくは多国籍IT企業での３~5年の経験をお持ちの方。 ・文理問わず学士号以上をお持ちの方。 ・風通しの良いオフィスで、チームと協力して仕事がしたい方、できる方。
