As the Sr Director of Product Management for Evergreen//One (Storage-as-a-Service), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product strategy, development, and delivery. Leveraging your operational and business background, you will drive the strategic direction of our Evergreen//One offerings, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our products align with our customers' needs and business goals. Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals, market trends, and customer demands. Drive innovation within the Evergreen//One offering, identifying new features, services, and technologies to enhance customer value and market differentiation. Own the P&L responsibility for Evergreen//One, tracking financial performance, optimizing pricing models, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering, Monetization Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product development, launch, and ongoing management. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to ensure that the offering addresses evolving customer requirements. Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... 10+ years of combined experience in product management and leadership roles focused on subscription-based products A proven track record of success in managing subscription-based businesses, with a strong understanding of financial models, metrics, and operational considerations. Demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives. Proven experience in driving innovation and market differentiation through product development and feature enhancement. Adept at working collaboratively across functions and managing teams to achieve common goals. Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering products that exceed expectations. Proven leadership skills in building and motivating high-performing teams; ability to inspire and influence across all levels of the organization. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with Storage-as-a-Service trends is a plus. Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment. The annual base salary range is: $268,000 – $403,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
