WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING... Working closely with Solutions Mangers and Solution Architects to plan, write, and maintain software documentation for Solutions that empower users to do the following: Understand the core concepts and architecture of our products; Deploy and integrate our solutions into their workflow; Researching new technologies, both externally at an industry level, and internally at the product level. In your research, you’ll interface with engineers and other subject matter experts directly to understand the features you’re documenting; Actively participating in solutions development by attending daily standup and uncover area for documentation  Collaborating with colleagues by providing reviews, feedback, and edits on their writing; Working with a globally distributed team across time zones in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.   WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE... Excellent command of the English language with an emphasis on writing for a global audience of developers; A Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, English, computer science, or a related area of study; Working experience in technical writing for software. Storage domain would be the best fit.  Familiarity with the following technologies: Linux command-line applications HTML, CSS, JS HOW YOU CAN IMPRESS US... Experience with enterprise storage, cloud services, virtualization, networking , and containerization  Familiarity with agile development methodologies and comfortable working in sprints; Markup languages: Markdown, AsciiDoc.   BE YOU—CORPORATE CLONES NEED NOT APPLY.
