The Challenge: You will be responsible for developing and managing a productive Sales team of Strategic Account Executives. You will demonstrate the ability to train, motivate, and coach these individuals to meet and exceed individual and team goals and metrics. You will also qualify sales opportunities, setting proper customer expectations, and handling negotiations.    Your Mission:   Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives to sell the entire OneTrust platform across all verticals    Drive strategic engagement with customers across C-level executives   Lead a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent implementation and   adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, measurement, or success KPI’s and sales performance   Conduct regular business reviews with the team to ensure alignment to the plan   Coach the team to execute account plans   Monthly & quarterly business review cadence to track progress on stated objectives   Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year account plan to meet or exceed customer objectives and share of wallet   You Are: A proven thought leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance   An individual with prior field experience working within the Software/Platform (SaaS, PaaS) space   Extensive experience working in a value driven sales environment in a customer facing in a solution-oriented capacity   Experience coaching, developing and nurturing salespeople at all levels, to help them achieve their goals and objectives   Strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences   Proven success in constructing and closing large deals   A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment   Your experience includes:    5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience developing and leading a senior team of quota carrying salespeople   Strong background in leading a team of Strategic Account Executives (AE's selling into $5B+ annual revenue organizations) Shown ability to create hard-working teams and lead them to success   Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills   Excellent negotiation skills   Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred   Benefits As an employee at OneTrust, you will be part of the OneTeam.
