The Challenge We are looking for a Senior Director, Technical Product Marketing to enhance our technical product marketing capabilities. You will  report directly to our SVP of Product and Portfolio Marketing. In this role, the successful candidate will build and manage a team to establish Technical Marketing as a core competency across the organization. Additionally, this position will work closely with the VP of Product to develop platform messaging that speaks to Enterprises and resonates with IT professionals.   Your Mission You will help develop Technical Product Marketing Strategies by c ollaborating with product and marketing teams to formulate and execute strategies that promote the technical aspects of our products, targeting the IT Pro persona. Create and Implement Technical Product Marketing Plans by defining  positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and work closely with product management to ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate on Content Creation by developing  insightful technical content, such as presentations, whitepapers, and videos, to communicate the unique value proposition of our Trust Intelligence Platform. Drive Sales through Collaborative Efforts by working  with sales and global demand gen teams to create marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and define sales plays to communicate the value of our products effectively. Manage Product Launches by overseeing  all technical aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, tracking performance metrics, including pricing. Contribute to Thought Leadership Initiatives by leading and  creating thought leadership content, showcasing the company's expertise in Trust Intelligence. Collaborate with the Pricing Team by working  closely with the pricing team to align marketing strategies with pricing and packaging, providing input and supporting execution without owning the pricing strategy. Build a Strong Team by a ttracting skilled Technical Product Marketing professionals and provide coaching to develop their abilities in managing different product aspects, ensuring long-term retention and growth. Instill a Culture of Continuous Improvement by f ostering an environment of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within the Technical Marketing team, ensuring alignment with the broader organization.   You Are A strong project manager with the ability to handle multiple project simultaneously.  Someone with a deep understanding of product marketing and positioning, and product life cycle management.  Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Your e xperience i ncludes :   Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in product marketing with a track record of success in developing and launching products in competitive markets. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience managing a team of product marketing professionals. Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
