The Challenge
We are looking for an accomplished and driven Senior Principal Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions Architect to join our BizTech team. As a key member of our team, you will engage in close collaboration with stakeholders, data stewards, domain architects, and development teams. Your primary focus will be on researching, analyzing, and designing master data management solutions that establish a centralized single source of truth for vital data assets, including Account, Contact, Product, and Entitlement. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing data quality, enforcing data governance, improving operational efficiency, facilitating informed decision-making, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.
Your Mission
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective multi-domain MDM solutions that align with organizational goals.
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define SBC rules, data merging and matching strategies, and data integration techniques for maintaining a single version of truth within the MDM system.
Design and develop scalable, robust multi-domain MDM architectures, data models, and integration strategies to support data governance and data quality objectives.
Develop data quality rules, including Survivorship, Standardization, and Business Rule Criteria (SBC), to ensure accurate and consistent master data across the organization.
Evaluate and select appropriate Data Enrichment and Master Data Management technologies, tools, and platforms based on business requirements and technical feasibility.
Define and enforce implementation approaches, best practices, standards, and policies for Master Data Management to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
Support the creation of an intuitive and user-friendly interface, focusing on the object model and user interface (UI) definition for the MDM solution, promoting data accuracy and trust.
Validate the design and implementation of the overall infrastructure, perform environment build and maintenance, ensuring the integrity and trustworthiness of the MDM system.
Conduct solution reviews and provide guidance to the development team, assessing solution functionality and coordinating performance optimization efforts to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
Assists and supports the business with their definition of data stewardship and ownership models including business data management, approvals, and workflows. (CRUD)
Conduct training and mentor business and technology teams in envisioning, designing, and developing strategies for MDM implementation, governance, and rollouts, fostering trust in the accuracy and consistency of master data.
You Are
This technical role requires a hands-on individual contributor with extensive knowledge and domain expertise, demonstrating proficiency in industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science , Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
12 + years of experience with multi domain Master Data Management Implementations
Prior experience working with multi domain master data management cloud platforms like Informatica, Reltio and others
Prior experience in designing data models with Marketo , Salesforce, Workday, Gainsight, Anaplan and Eloqua
Prior experience working with Data Enrichment vendors like DNB, ZoomInfo and others
Proven experience as a Master Data Management Solutions Architect , with expertise in successful MDM implementation , data governance and integration strategies
Proficiency in designing scalable and robust MDM architectures, data models, and integration strategies using industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess solution functionality and optimize performance.
Effective communication and mentoring abilities, enabling collaboration with business and technology teams.
SQL/PLSQL and at least one other programming language (python or Java).

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range $153,550 — $204,750 USD
