What you get to do every day
Provide competitive analysis including fee disclosure analysis & comparisons to assist in the sales process
Drive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage and sometimes ongoing
Track product request and develop input to contribute to the increasing technology service that Human interest provides to clients
Manage a high volume of inbound sales team and implementation team inquiries, over the phone and through email
Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to answer client inquiries on plan design and product support
Identify common issues and trends, driving process improvements to solve them permanently
What you bring to the role
5+ years of experience in a client facing role in the financial or retirement industry - i.e. account management, onboarding, sales
Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
A passion for process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved
A self-starting attitude and desire for learning new programs, systems, and widening your knowledge base about the retirement industry and our product
Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
Excellent organizational skills, are able juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans from a minimum of $51,200 in our lowest geographic region to a maximum of $108,250 in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $10,000. All of our employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial and mental wellness benefits.
