About the Role
We are looking for a highly-driven Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational success for the Procurement organization. In this role, you will be responsible for materials readiness, availability, and visibility. This is a strategic supply chain role, interacting with our vendors and internal core teams, encompassing critical component planning, allocation direction, supply flexibility modeling, and materials liability management.
What You’ll Do
Manage purchasing and material availability of various raw materials required to support production activities
Coordinate and own materials planning, fulfillment and logistics for raw materials from purchase order through point of delivery
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
Ensure operational alignment with our production plan and KPIs
Generate and implement process improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness of material flow following lean methodology
Conduct daily walks on the “Gemba” to investigate and resolve material issues
Support material transfers and supplier reviews with the Supply Chain team
Visit suppliers as needed - internal and external
Manage Phase In/Phase Out (PIPO/NPI) to minimize obsolete material
Provide supply analysis data and recommendations as necessary
You
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or 4 years of related experience in manufacturing/planning)
Have experience in supply planning or inventory management
Are proficient in basic mathematics
Are proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Have a collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
2-5 years of supply chain experience
SQL, ERP & Planning software experience (Netsuite in particular)
APICS certification
Lean manufacturing experience

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $71,000-$165,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
