About the Role
As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and managing our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool, ensuring seamless integration with other systems within our organization. This role involves configuring the CPQ tool, writing code, and thoroughly testing integrations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the integration aligns with their needs. Example projects may involve bringing in inventory levels to the quoting process, enabling warranty tracking, and synchronizing databases across financial, sales, and fulfillment systems. We are looking for someone passionate about optimizing systems to enhance productivity and reliability, ultimately making a positive impact on everyone's work experience.
What You’ll Do:
Identify opportunities for enhancements and process optimizations in our recently implemented CPQ tool, enabling the sales team to deliver fast and accurate quotes.
Configure the CPQ tool to seamlessly integrate with other systems and conduct comprehensive testing to ensure smooth operation
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, such as sales, sales engineering, product, supply chain, manufacturing, customer success, support, marketing, and finance, to understand their requirements and implement solutions that align with their needs
Develop a roadmap for enhancements and process optimizations, prioritizing them effectively
Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to iterate quickly towards effective solutions, and document the process in a clear and understandable manner for all audiences
Provide training and create standard operating procedures (SOP) for CPQ end-users in the organization, offering ongoing support for CPQ tool users
Project manage the implementation and deployment of features and enhancements according to the roadmap
Work collaboratively with product and sales engineering leaders to maintain the accuracy of underlying configurations and logic
Implement deal desk type controls to safeguard product-level margin goals
Support Salesforce Administrators in ensuring the quality of data passed through any two-way syncs between CPQ and Salesforce
Develop reports to support the finance team
Design a simple and user-friendly CPQ end-user experience
Have the potential to lead or assist in other system implementations identified by yourself or other teams
You:
Possess 2-4 years of experience in a similar role as an integration engineer, business systems engineer, or system administrator
Demonstrate strong expertise in Javascript and have experience configuring software, writing code, or developing new processes
Have prior experience working with an ERP and a CPQ tool
Are quick to learn new systems and APIs
Nice to Have
Netsuite Developer Certification or other direct experience with Netsuite ERP
BigQuery, FiveTran ETL
Salesforce experience
Celigo or equivalent experience
Python
SQL
HTML / CSS
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Interest in how high power compute is built

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
