What You'll Do Epic Games Korea is looking for a technical artist dedicated to growing the Unreal Engine’s capabilities to continue our expansion in the games industry. In this role you will be a part of the Technical Support team, working hand in hand with our customers to utilize the engine for projects in various industries from Game to film/FX/broadcast TV, automotive, architectural visualization, and more.   In this role, you will Work closely with clients to provide development support, troubleshooting and custom development. Understand optimization challenges and having the ability to use and share techniques to overcome those challenges. Provide creative solutions, resolving technical challenges and enabling customers to achieve their goals. Identify bottlenecks and limitations in the pipeline and tools and development. Document recommendations to improve limitations in pipeline and tools. Provide clear and constructive feedback to product management when identifying recurring needs. Creating and presenting technical Unreal Engine content: sample projects, talks, demos, slide decks, blog posts, etc. What we're looking for Strong experience and knowledge with Unreal Engine. Ability to identify and solve independently any problems clients may experience with Unreal Engine. A keen analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills. Detail oriented with strong communication skills; both verbal and written in Korean. / Ability to read and write in English. Highly organized and exhibited interest in learning new technologies. Ability to present complex technical issues in one-to-many situations, trade shows, conferences, etc. Self-starter who takes ownership of technical relationships with Korean developers.
