Senior Manager, Business Operations

This role will serve as the central commercial project manager and business analyst for CLEAR’s new TSA PreCheck enrollment offering. Reporting directly to the Head of PreCheck, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional support from marketing, operations, tech, and compliance to drive execution of key workstreams. You will also leverage analytical skills to report on business performance, identifying and leading initiatives for top and bottom line growth. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be key factors to success. What you'll do: Serve as the central project manager for all cross-functional workstreams related to the PreCheck business, driving workstream execution and coordination across teams Develop a deep understanding of the TSA PreCheck P&L, maintaining an up-to-date view of growth trends, market penetration, upsell conversion, and the full cost structure of the business Leverage data to devise and lead initiatives for cost and process optimization Assess revenue growth opportunities, including prospective third-party distribution partners, geographic expansion, temporary enrollment activations, and marketing initiatives Own and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key strategic partners, including government stakeholders Build and own the internal governance structure for the TSA PreCheck business, including internal business performance reviews Keep a close pulse on the competitive landscape and opportunities for CLEAR to win market share by providing a differentiated customer-centric experience How you'll measure success: Successful and timely execution of cross-functional projects Organized and accurate reporting and data analysis Revenue and market share from key growth initiatives Margin improvement from cost and process optimization initiatives What you're great at: Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to find opportunities and actionable insights  Exceptional organization and project management skills, with an ability to coordinate execution across multiple teams and priorities Strong structured, strategic thinking skills Bias for action, with an ability to take a project from inception to implementation to optimization Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence others and to drive clarity and accountability around goals, success criteria, and timelines How You'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
