What You’ll Be Doing:  We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help Grow Therapy create software and infrastructure for our internal engineering teams. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of engineers reporting directly into our Engineering Platform team. Your responsibilities will include:    Developing golden paths and paved roads for our engineering team by building reusable modules using Terraform and application code Helping maintain Grow Therapy’s existing infrastructure as we experience hypergrowth Providing expertise in AWS, Terraform, Datadog, and similar technologies to the engineering team, eg. via guidance on technical design documents You’ll Be a Good Fit if You Have:  5+ years in engineering. You’ve built and scaled systems, made complex engineering decisions, and have proven your technical skills in industry. Developed infra experience as a Back-end engineer or have written app code as a DevOps engineer Experience with AWS, IaC, containerization, distributed systems, and observability Worked on, or would like to work on, software with internal engineering teams as the customer Enjoy thinking critically about trade offs between solutions, while considering the overall engineering team and company goals.
