Flexport is reinventing global trade. The opportunity:  Flexport is seeking a bright and dedicated Process Analyst to join our People Tech and Employee Experience team. You will play a critical role partnering with People, Finance, IT and Business Leaders to drive progress within programs and processes critical to building our employee experience and managing our workforce. As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing People processes and systems that improve our efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. You should have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, process engineering methodologies, and project management. You will have an unprecedented opportunity to build our people processes to allow Flexport to rapidly and efficiently scale. You will:  Deep-dive into data, assess processes end-to-end, identify root cause defects to optimize performance.  Partner with leaders and business process owners to understand requirements, ensure ongoing alignment, and drive enterprise-wide solutions over a multi-year timeframe. Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and effective. Design, audit, and continuously improve process maps, workflows, and procedures to guide HR process implementation and automation. Architect, document, and operationalize processes across a wide range of People functions involving various tech platforms, decision points, and dependencies. Develop, monitor, and report out on performance metrics that track effectiveness; leverage data to prioritize future opportunities. Provide training and support to staff on new procedures and systems. Geek out on People processes.   You should have: 3-5 years of experience as an HR Analyst, Process Analyst, Process Engineer, or similar role. Proven experience applying business process redesign principles and process engineering methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma. Self-starter mentality, with the desire to tackle complex operational challenges. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Relentlessly data-driven and highly data literate; experience developing and leveraging KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities and drive decision making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.) $79,290 — $110,000 USD
