Elise A.I. Technologies – New York, NY Title: Senior Data Analyst Job Description: The Senior Data Analyst (multiple positions open) at Elise A.I. Technologies Corp. in New York, NY will lead data infrastructure and analysis projects to drive decision making for our service product. Design and build automated data pipeline and dashboards with PostgreSQL and Python to meet daily business intelligence needs. Gather and analyze data on clients, industry competitors, and market conditions using a variety of analysis frameworks, including SWOT, customer journey maps, etc. Measure the effectiveness of product marketing programs and strategies. Design and conduct advanced analysis with Python, including funnel analysis, seasonality analysis, factors analysis, etc. Develop Key Performance Indicators and business metrics for products, operations, and sales team. Design analytics warehouse structure, streamline data process pipeline, and apply advanced technologies to increase data access efficiency and reduce data lag. Identify unmet data needs, develop data validation process, organize, and clean data to increase data confidence and reliability. Collect and analyze data requests, build scalable data solutions, reduce time spent on ad-hoc questions, drive changes in how business users approach analytical problems. Create and maintain internal and client-facing dashboards with Mode Analytics. Develop machine learning models with text-to-text transformer and improve nature language processing product. Lead weekly data team data review meeting on how to explore and interpret data. Prepare reports on findings and present analysis and recommendations to management. Telecommuting available. Salary: $102,482 - $180,000 per year. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, plus 2 years of professional experience with data analytics, visualizations, and reporting. Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: 1) relational database development and management using PostgreSQL; 2) utilizing Python for complex analytics projects; 3) Building self explanation dashboards with visualizing tools, including Tableau, Apache Superset, and Google Data Studio; 4) managing ELT production data pipelines or warehousing data, and independently building company wide data pipeline and reporting ecosystem; 5) processing data in json and jsonb format, transforming and loading into data warehouse, including Amazon Redshift, and Amazon RDS; 6) data modeling and database architecture with ERDs; 7) developing complex executive-ready analysis projects using statistical techniques, including process mining, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing; 8) Git or other version control systems; 9) translating technology to business value at C-level; and 10) model development, data preparation, training, and inference ready deployment of models.
