Position Overview As DV continues to grow rapidly in size and complexity, we need a Manager of Solutions Marketing in the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) region to support the sales team with strategic narratives/collateral in response to specific pitch situations, assist with responses to RFIs and RFPs and develop regional ABM programming. Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Solutions Marketing, this person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the sales pipeline and prioritization and develop communications programs and materials that support acquisition and nurturing efforts across DV’s prospect base in the region. What You Will Do: The Manager of Solutions Marketing will support sales and marketing leadership in delivering multi-tiered communications – from high-touch account-based communications for top-tier customers, to broader lead generation including nurturing and drip programs for mid-market customers. In addition to empowering sales with one-to-one and one-to-many communications, this individual will also be responsible for collaborating with sales and broader solutions marketing on pitch materials, composing RFIs and RFPs and contributing to the development and activation of data-driven insights. To be successful, you will: Partner with regional sales and marketing leadership to understand pipeline and revenue targets and support a communications plan and programs that help acquire new customers, accelerate deals and expand current customer deployments Execute an account-based communication plan for top 30-40 customers and a lead-gen/nurturing program for mid-market customers, partnering with corporate marketing and local sales leadership Support front-line sales teams in developing custom strategic pitch narratives Localize pitch narratives to make them relevant for the region Assist in maintaining the RFI/RFP playbook Assist with RFIs and RFPs, especially in sourcing new/unanswered client questions Participate in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions Help define KPIs and regularly communicate results Partner with product marketing to understand positioning, and to develop competitive intelligence and to create of data-driven insights/materials that can be leveraged to fuel sales Engage top customers to participate in events and marketing activities (campaigns, co-sponsored events, press, testimonials) Ensure consistency in messaging and style across all communications based on messaging playbook and style guidelines Who You Are / What You Have Done: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field 3-5 years’ experience with communications and/or field/solutions marketing for a tech company, preferably in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment Experience executing market analysis and developing collateral in PowerPoint and other creative software Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus Experience with the pitch process - especially responding to RFIs and RFPs Experience with lead-generation capabilities within Salesforce or similar CRM Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo Ability to work independently and/or facilitate communications across functional teams Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience thriving in a fast-paced, team-based environment The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$68,000- $129,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
