What You Will Do
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing cross-channel marketing programs and campaigns. This role requires an individual who is organized, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you will:
Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop global and regional marketing plans
Assist with strategic planning process, including gathering competitive intelligence, conducting SWOT analyses and contributing to executive presentations
Coordinate, operationalize and collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing plans across channels, including email marketing, social media, paid media, website and internal comms
Coordinate PR efforts with the US, LATAM and global teams in alignment with the global strategy
Assist in the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters and other internal and external communication materials
Assist with execution of regional marketing and communication programs for North America and LATAM
Ensure campaigns and activities are trackable, and aligned with agreed-upon KPIs
Support the Commercial team, including localizing sales materials, marketing collateral and client talking points
Assist with events on an as-needed basis
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field – preferably in ad tech, an agency or media company
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, social media platforms, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
Strong work ethic – ability to manage projects independently in a hybrid working environment
Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external partners – ability to develop relationships with management and cross-functional teams
An understanding and experience with the creative development process with key stakeholders
Knowledge of digital advertising, the sales process and media in general
Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday and Asana
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$43,000- $81,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
