What you’ll do
Reporting to the Marketing Director for APAC, the Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to the sales teams in the region, helping ensure a consistent message is told across markets based on brand marketing standards and needs across local markets. This individual will be responsible for:
Regional event coordination and support (planning input, logistics, negotiating with vendors, event attendance, etc.)
Tracking and reporting on event KPIs
Coordinating efforts of PR teams in alignment with corporate efforts
Assisting with execution of regional marketing and communication programs
Management of social media efforts, in coordination with corporate efforts
Provide localised input to content programming
Ordering and distribution of sales promotional items and client gifts on an as-needed basis
Sales support, including localising sales materials, collateral and client talking points
Who you are
High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
More than 1 year of experience in B2B marketing, preferably at an agency or media company
Strong work ethic – ability to manage projects independently in a hybrid working environment
Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients – ability to develop strong relationships with management and teams
Excellent writing skills including presentation development
An understanding and experience with the creative development process with key stakeholders
Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general
Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc and presentation proficiencies
Familiarity with marketing computer software and other project management tools
