What you'll do
As part of DV’s Social Strategy & Operations Team, you will take part in driving the evolution of DoubleVerify’s social product suite. The Social Strategy Specialist will work closely and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Agency Account Management and Fortune 500 companies to deliver world class customer service and social solutions to market. The Social Strategy & Operations team educates clients on how verification across social platforms can contextualize performance and influence their media strategies. Current integrations include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube.
Provide strategic support to top client & agency teams
Analyze social data sets to craft and present strategic recommendations on leveraging DoubleVerify’s social data in partnership with the Client Partner
Lead client training sessions, with a focus on streamlining client onboarding and emphasizing best practices
Partner with Solutions Consultants and Client Partners to drive adoption of social solutions across clients’ walled-garden media investments based on their needs
Alongside Sales, contribute to meetings with prospective clients as a subject matter expert within the social landscape
Build and assist with the deployment of frameworks for performance management and test support
Support the growth and expansion of DV’s social product suite
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams by answering complex questions on function and usage of social products
Who you are
4+ years of experience in advertising at an agency or partner platform
Direct experience working with the social platforms either via media planning or buying
Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape
Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, both internally and externally
Extremely detail oriented and comfortable working independently
Proactive in identifying opportunities and potential issues - conceptualize how the small operational facets of the role play into the big picture for the growing social product suite
Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable working with numerous remote global teams on a daily basis
Ability to handle multiple assignments and ad hoc projects
Extra Bonus
Experience working with 3rd party measurement vendors across social media platforms
Ability to speak and write in multiple languages
Experience working with Salesforce, Jira, and/or Confluence
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$68,000- $121,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
