Product Manager – Analytics and Reporting We, the Data Automation Product Management team, are responsible for the analytics and reporting capabilities of the Diligent software platform. Our mission is to define and execute both short and long-term product strategies in close collaboration with our Engineering and UX partners. We serve as subject matter experts and a center of excellence for product, user, and domain knowledge across the organization. As a Product Manager at Diligent, you will lead, own and drive the evolution of market-leading capabilities for our product platform. You will combine a deep empathy for our customers’ needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure our product evolves to deliver on all these fronts. Reporting to the Director of Product for our Data Automation capabilities, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define your product's vision and roadmap. Your primary mission is to lead and inspire our technology and UX teams to deliver high quality software that our customers will love. Our Data Automation capabilities empower users to effectively manage data so it’s available to be used and accessed at the right time and place. This includes: data processing, automation, visualization, reporting etc. If you enjoy helping users make sense of data and share insights with others, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Own your product roadmaps and determining scope and effort with the development team Create and maintain a prioritized backlog with clearly written user stories that are detailed, measurable, and testable Clearly communicate the product roadmap and development progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely updates on milestones, risks, and dependencies Conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets defined requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations; collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address and resolve any issues or defects identified during testing Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of functional capabilities, limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived from the Diligent platform analytics and reporting capabilities and its intersection with other Diligent products and 3rd-party products Manage incidents and escalations related to the product, working closely with the development, customer support, and customer success teams to resolve issues promptly, mitigate their impact, and implement improvements to prevent future occurrences Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market activities for new features, including crafting messaging, positioning, and launch plans that effectively communicate the value proposition and drive adoption Required Experience/Skills    3+ years of enterprise-scale experience in designing solutions for SaaS products A strong aptitude for data analysis, systems integrations, and/or machine learning A strong working knowledge of technical architectures in cloud, data analytics, and related technologies A strong ability to articulate complex problems for your audience Experience with machine learning, data science, and other AI-related domains is an asset Experience with Agile product development, and working with UX and Developers on delivering new software functionality A data-driven mindset for ensuring that everything you do makes a measurable positive impact Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where travel may be required Preferred Experience/Skills    Experience in Reporting and Analytics/Advanced Query technologies is required Experience with Agile product development methodologies Experience integrating multiple products/building an enterprise platform Language skills (French, Spanish, German) would be a plus Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar) Product management certifications (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Marketing) are a plus What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
