Learn more at  diligent.com . Position Overview Diligent is looking for a talented, strategic FP&A leader to join our Corporate FP&A organization. You will play a critical leadership role in our global FP&A team, partner closely with our Executive team and Business FP&A leaders as a thought partner to drive robust financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis. This position will report into the Director of Corporate FP&A. This is an integral role within the global team responsible for helping to build a best-in-class organization related to budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities Support month-end close process and prepare consolidation of reported actuals vs. plan, current forecast, and prior year ensuring key issues, risks and business drivers are understood and highlighted. Drive high-quality, collaboratively built financial forecasts, annual plans and operational analyses summarizing business drivers, risk and opportunities Collaborate with business FP&A to implement and track company-wide strategic initiatives; including cost optimization actions Administration of financial reporting system, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of all FP&A activities Identify and lead continual process improvement among key stakeholders leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to create efficient and scalable processes Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business including Diligent Executives, FP&A, Accounting, HR, and Legal Mentor, manage, and develop a top tier corporate finance team. Required Experience/Skills: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or budgeting in complex business environments, with 2 years driving/leading key FP&A processes Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management Financial system admin/power user experience Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of precision Effective project management skills; highly organized, independent, and self-motivated Proven ability to shape and lead globally distributed teams FLSA Status: Exempt What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
