About the team Dialpad’s Web Production Manager will focus on creating and maintaining high-converting web pages in our CMS. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to create the best user experiences across the Dialpad website. Dialpad’s web production team plays an essential role within our marketing organization. This team collaborates closely with web design, content, and web dev to  improve our end-to-end site experience and drive conversions. Your role As a Web Production Manager, you’ll own web production workflows in our CMS, Contentful. You’ll work closely with our design team to build polished, high-performing web pages in the CMS. You’ll oversee the end-to-end production of new pages, maintain copy & imagery edits to existing pages, and manage the QA process for design/content/dev while pages are in staging.  This position reports to our Director of Brand, Web Strategy & Content and has the opportunity to be based in Manila, PHL. What you’ll do Learn Dialpad’s CMS setup—build and maintain pages using our web component library Manage the content QA process across the U.S. site as well as all localized versions of the site Oversee the end-to-end QA process of pages in collaboration with content, design, dev, and SEO teams Manage the creation of Jira tickets for any CMS-related updates or bugs Execute day-to-today CMS tasks including creating new pages, uploading media assets, updating copy, managing URL structures, and gathering metadata from SEO teams Drive the audit of existing pages and lead site-wide changes (e.g. product naming updates, customer logo updates, component changes) Skills you’ll bring Previous work experience at a B2B company managing web production Proficiency & experience in HTML and CSS and common Content Management Systems like Craft and Contentful Experience with browser developer tools for testing, debugging and validating code Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills.
