The Campaign Specialist will support the Field and Partner marketing teams in helping streamline and optimize their events and campaigns.  The role will support the creation of planning documents, kick off calls and action tracking, the identification of production bottleneck issues, ensuring translations of content, and ensuring brand and campaign quality standards are maintained as well as liaising across the Marketing organization. YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: Collaborating on all the campaigns Support End to end Campaign set up (Marketo, SFDC) Maintain and track UTMs for all campaigns Maintain Field Marketing section in Sales Enablement tools Ensure that our Marketing team is adhering to our processes Consolidate some performance reports Identification of bottleneck and process improvement to streamline the delivery of events and campaigns for the team Supporting the field marketing managers on the execution of event & programs Initiate and maintain event specific plans and actions using tools such as Asana, JIRA, etc. Liaise with our Brand Design team for creative collaterals such as: swags, handouts… Benchmark vendors Support regional Field/Partner Marketing Managers with events logistics, like event briefs, orders, material shipments, on-site staff Manage Events & Webinars page on our website  - publish upcoming events & maintain ‘featured events’ Support - events planning, and execution. YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU ARE: Apprenticeship contract - ideally for period of 2 years BS or BA in marketing, communication, business or related area of study or apprenticeship Curious and creative with an analytical mindset Able to collaborate across various teams Strong time management and deadline focussed in ensuring actions are completed Eager to learn fast on a multitude of marketing skills and tools Able to work simultaneously on various projects Methodical with great project management capabilities Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable. English proficiency is required The ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, can multi-task, be flexible when priorities shift, anticipate problems and plan contingencies.  OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite Prior Marketing experience is a plus!
