Job Description
To support rapid international business growth, we are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, the Sales Operations Specialist will have responsibilities in Pre-sales, Post-sales, and Sales Management Support, to include RFQ/Quote management, Customer Forecast/Distribution Management, Order Fulfillment and other support activities to maximize the efficiency of the Sales & Operation Teams. This individual should exhibit strong communication skills and establish strong collaborative working relationships with key OEM, ODM, and CM customers to include CPU, GPU, FPGA, and Networking clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an understanding of semiconductor sales for the Cloud/Server eco-system and the ability to partner with Factory Operations and Sales teams to develop strategies and actions plans to achieve business results.
Key responsibilities Include:
Work with sales team to support entire sales cycle from project qualification to close
Assist with managing NPI demand to support customer development schedules and sample plans
Maintain and further develop processes Sales Operations management to generate sales reports, review sales plan and manage to the agreed KPIs
Understand high-level sales operations strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
Help maintain current and accurate account information in salesforce.com and other systems and files as needed
Establish regular communication with end customer’s procurement and ODM ecosystem to accurately provide 6-month demand forecast
Work with distributors, CMs and end customers by reviewing forecast, orders, and deliveries to backlog to ensure order coverage and fulfillment meeting customers’ satisfaction
Establish regular communication with key customer’s procurement, ODM ecosystem and other industry partners to assist in accurately forecasting regional and product monthly revenue and 6-multi-year demand forecast
Qualifications:
Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Entrepreneurial, open-mind behavior and can-do attitude with a customer-focused mentality
2 to 5 years’ experience supporting customers with complex SoC/silicon products.
Proven track record of establishing relationships with our customers including Cloud Service Providers, Server, Storage & Networking OEMs
Customer-oriented, Goal-driven, Self-motivated, be able to work independently
Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool, ERP system and proficient in Excel
Experience in working with semiconductor distributors and order-fulfillment a plus
